Many things, you have to take care with before you decide to cook at your own home; the first and most important one is the safety which should includes your own safety(we don't need to burn or harm ourselves for a lunch or dinner); Professional cook should take care of everything he deal with in the kitchen. Also safety should includes the type of materials to be used, kind of foodstuffs, utensils,etc....
In order to feel happy being cook at home, you should know that healthy meal is not always the expensive one; so in order to achieve the required goal( healthy and economic home made meals), you should consider also money saving through buying in bulk not from retail shops but this should consider the nature of materials to be purchased( you won't save money by buying in bulk that exceeds your demand and finally find yourself have to discard most of them for many reasons like expiration date, rotting of fruits or vegetables or so).
In the coming next post i'll continue my ideas about what are the steps required before you decide to cook at home. what will be my next ideas for that purpose?? Any answers?
