You can find others who are losing weight at weight loss groups, or you can simply join online forums for those who are trying to lose weight. Talking to people who know what you're going through can provide you with support that others might not. Also, make sure your friends and family know what you are trying to do, you may find support there as well.

One of the best things for you to do as a person who wants to lose weight is to start eating whole, healthy foods all the time. If you go to your cupboard and find ingredients you can't pronounce, that's a sure sign you don't need them. Stick to healthy, whole foods that are full of vitamins and nutrients. After all, you are meant to fuel your body with food in order for it to function properly. Just give your body the proper fuel.
